Version 2.x Upgrade Information

If you are currently running version 2.0 to 2.4 (2.x) you will be able to install version 3.8 Revision 1 and still continue to run your previous version as well.  The project files from 2.x can be converted to the new 3.8 Revision 1 format, however calculation changes may result in changes to some project numbers.
